John Carmack has taken the stage at QuakeCon to deliver the event's keynote. If you don't know Carmack, the guy is a tech-savant and loves to break down and build up his games, but Warren Spector he is not. So when Carmack comes out and casually starts to toss out the title Doom 4, the audience wonders if they should cheer, id marketing folk wonder if they can kill him, and Carmack wonders what the big deal is.
If you don't know who steve jobs is you probably know him best for apple and what he has done with the apple community. He has lived a short adventurous life filled with technology and created one of the biggest computer companies and brands in the world.
